Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are charged for professional immigration advice and assessment services provided by Flourish Immigration Ltd.
Once a consultation session has been completed, the consultation fee is generally non-refundable, as the service has already been delivered.
However, if a client decides to proceed with a full immigration service with Flourish Immigration Ltd after the consultation, the consultation fee will be credited toward the total service fee.
This means the amount paid for the consultation can be deducted from the final cost of the selected immigration service, where applicable.
Appointment Cancellations or Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, we recommend notifying us in advance.
Where possible, appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in the consultation fee being forfeited.
Immigration Consultancy Services
Refund eligibility for consultancy services may depend on the stage of service delivery.
Refunds may not be provided if:
- Services have already been delivered
- Work has commenced on documentation or application preparation
- Delays or refusals occur due to decisions made by immigration authorities
No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Flourish Immigration Ltd provides professional immigration consultancy services. However, visa approvals are determined solely by immigration authorities.
Because of this, visa refusals do not qualify for automatic refunds.
Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with:
- Your full name
- Service purchased
- Payment reference
- Reason for the refund request
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it may take several business days for the refund to be processed depending on the payment method used.
Policy Changes
Flourish Immigration Ltd reserves the right to update this Refund Policy when necessary.
